Our customer’s quality laboratory decided to upgrade their equipment and contacted G.T. Michelli Co. to provide them with a new system. Initially we evaluated a Mecmesin competitor’s system, and it failed to meet the standards required. Use of the MultiTest 5-x has simplified and accelerated the testing of aircraft brake unit springs. Having input the parameters per the CMM into the unit, we were able to test a spring at the touch of a button and have a near instantaneous results without ambiguity.
