Bollard/roller grips

Bollard grips - provide a rounded surface around which a specimen is curved or wound several times before its end is clamped between jaws.

Contact with a greater surface area provides increased friction which reduces the risk of specimen slippage. Also helps avoid ‘point contact’ which can cause cutting, indentation or tearing of delicate specimens.

Suitable for strings, wires, filaments and yarns.
