Manual Pull Tester

The FMT-W30 is a manually-operated pull tester available in 2 models with a tensile strength capacity up to either 500N (110 lbf) or 1000N (220 lbf).

Compact and rugged it is specifically designed for ease of use with minimal training, and is an ideal solution for basic testing of the pull strength of crimped wire terminals right at the point of production.

The instrument is portable and can be mains or solar-powered for an independent power supply and low cost of ownership.

The VFG Shotcrete Penetrometer is Mecmesin's specialised test kit designed for use in testing sprayed or poured concrete during the first few hours of development. It meets the requirement principle of the industry standard EN 14488-2 Method A: Penetration needle to measure penetration resistance force

Featuring a touchscreen display showing readings in N, it allows batch testing with each result being automatically converted into MPa according to the size of the aggregate being tested. Converted MPa readings are displayed as a table on the VFG Shotcrete Penetrometer for immediate review.

AFG Shotcrete Penetrometer

The AFG Shotcrete Penetrometer is Mecmesin's specialised test kit designed for use in testing sprayed or poured concrete during the first few hours of development. It meets the requirement principle of the industry standard EN 14488-2 Method A: Penetration needle to measure penetration resistance force

It features a membrane keypad and LCD display with readings in N or daN. Readings can be stored to memory and later exported to a PC for spreadsheet analysis to perform the conversion into MPa as required by EN 14488-2.

Shotcrete Penetrometer accurately measures young concrete resistive force for strength calculation

The Shotcrete Penetrometer is a complete portable system for testing the compressive strength of the initial curing stage of young sprayed concrete to BS EN 14488-2 (Method A).

Available in 2 versions it provides accurate readings of the forces required to penetrate sprayed (shotcrete) or poured concrete. These resistive force readings are then used to convert to a compressive strength value. The accuracy of both versions surpasses the requirements of the standard and their portability makes them ideal for on-site testing.

The Vector Manual Handling Kits incorporate the latest in touchscreen technology to measure push, pull and twisting efforts. The reversible display allows operators to comfortably read the display when testing in compression. Used to evaluate all manual handling forces or torques they are available in 1000 N and 2500 N capacities and are delivered together with VectorPro Lite software for plotting curves and generating reports..

The complete kit includes software plus a gripping cradle and the essential accessories to connect the VFG gauge to the object being handled in order to accurately measure the load applied. It can also be connected to external 'Smart' torque and force sensors to measure more specific physiological activities.
