TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Mecmesin Corporation is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of on-going support and after sales service. We have a fully equipped climate-controlled laboratory and a team of experienced engineers who offer a quick and efficient calibration and repair service and can help you with your product or application related queries or problems.

Calibration:

Prior to despatch all Mecmesin force gages, torque gages and loadcells are subjected to rigorous calibration routines, which test all operational parameters in our climate-controlled laboratory. All calibrated gages and loadcells are supplied with Calibration Certificates traceable to UK National Standards. Calibration Certificates traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) are available on request for an extra charge:

NIST Certificate for new gages and loadcells - Price $50.00
NIST Certificate for recalibration of existing equipment - Price $100.00

We recommend that your force gages, torque gages and loadcells are calibrated on a yearly basis, although calibration may be required more often depending on usage levels or company policy.

Service and Repair:

Our team of experienced engineers offer a comprehensive inspection, service and repair service, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that electronic products purchased via the MECMESIN CORPORATION website for use outside the USA and Canadian domestic markets, are not eligible for repair and calibration support services unless purchased with an overseas support contract.

Operating Manuals:

Operating manuals for individual products can be downloaded from the 'Downloads' tab of each individual detailed product section or from the Literature and FAQs section of our corporate website www.mecmesin.com.

Customized Solutions:

Mecmesin Corporation can also design and deliver custom engineered force and torque testing solutions for your specific application. For example design of specialized accessories, advice on test methods and application specific test systems.
