How to Find a Product:
It is easy and quick to find and buy the products you are looking for by:
1. Searching by Part Number, Product Description or Keyword
Type a keyword, product description or part number into the free text search box in the menu to the left of
the screen and click 'Search'.
2. Browsing by Product Category
Click the product category on the menu to the left of the screen or click on the corresponding image or image title.
How to Obtain Detailed Product Information:
Detailed product information can be found by clicking on the individual product type. This will take you to a
tabbed product 'Summary' page, with product details and features. Clicking on the 'Specifications' tab
will give you a specification table. Clicking on the 'Dimensions' tab will give you a dimensions diagram. Clicking
on the 'Applications' tab will give you information on how the product is used in various industries. Additional
product detail may be obtained by downloading or opening an Acrobat PDF file in the 'Downloads' tab. Details of
models available and prices can be found by scrolling down to the 'Purchase' table or clicking 'BUY IT NOW'.

How to Add Products to Your Shopping Basket:
Products can be added to your shopping basket by typing a quantity into the quantity (Qty) box and clicking
'ADD TO BASKET'. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on 'SHOPPING BASKET'
in the top menu bar. The current total of your shopping basket can also be viewed in the top menu bar.
How to Pay for Your Product(s):

operated independently and securely using industry standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure IP

When you are ready to pay for your products please click on 'CHECKOUT' in the top menu bar. You will be asked
to enter your shipping and billing details, credit card number and expiry date in our secure payment area. We accept
payment by MasterCard and Visa credit cards. The amount to be charged to your credit card will be checked and authorised
immediately when you place your order.
Sales Tax:
Products sold over the Internet by Mecmesin Corporation and shipped to destinations in the state of Virginia are
subject to sales tax.
Delivery:
Delivery of our products is via UPS courier service and the cost is dependent on the destination and the weight
of the product(s) selected.
Ordering for Export:
Electronic products purchased via the North American Mecmesin Instruments Direct website for use outside the USA and
Canadian domestic markets, are not eligible for repair and calibration support services unless purchased with an overseas
support contract. Overseas support contracts are only applicable to electronic products e.g. Advanced Force Gage (AFG).
Overseas support contracts can be purchased on-line or by contacting Mecmesin Corporation direct.

Return of Goods:
If for some reason you are unhappy with the product(s) you purchased, you may return them to us within 30 days of
