Testing job tasks enables employers to assess their employees and potential candidates abilities to perform physically demanding tasks within the workplace. How does the manual handling kit test job tasks?
The Mecmesin manual handling kit can assess whether tasks are feasible and safe to perform by mimicking the actions of the person e.g. to push, pull, lift, carry and rotate objects.
